Percorso collinare alla ricerca di sentieri e carraie a fondo naturale. Si prende progressivamente quota salendo da Broletto, Cà Bertacchi, Regnano, SanGiovanni, Cà de Pazzi.
L'itinerario si inserisce poi in zone un po' più selvatiche raggiungendo il lago del Tasso con possibilità di ristoro. Da qui inzia un tratto particolarmente gradevole nel bosco seguito da una salita seria ma pedalabile fino al borgo di Giandeto. L'itinerario prosegue sul bordo del lago dei Pini con un single track che approda a Casina. Per asfalto in direzione nord si raggiunge Case Schiavino alle pendici del Monte Duro. Il single track parte sul lato sinistro della sbarra che chiude l'accesso carrabile al ripetitore in vetta. Dopo circa due km tecnicamente impegnativi si da fondo all'ultimo tratto di circa 100 metri di salita da fare senza risparmio. Inizia la prima parte di discesa tecnica. Ai piedi si procede svoltando a est poi si imbocca il sentiero Cai in direzione ovest che presenta due tratti o da bici in spalla o da equilibristi. Il torrente Crostolo segna la fine della parte tecnica.

The route is then entered in areas a little 'more wild reaching the lake with the possibility of rate options.
