Giro da 20 km con dislivello di circa 500mt...Con la mia condizione (bassa) ci ho impiegato 2 ore scarse. Partendo da Ponte dell'Olio si va all'interno del centro abitato di Carmiano che si trova a circa 3 km sulla sinistra sulla sp654r con direzione Bettola. All'interno della frazione si sale x quasi 5 km con pendenza media 8-9 % verso il borgo di Chiulano su di una strada asfaltata pochissimo percorsa da auto. Una volta in cima si prosegue x Quadrelli e dopo circa un km ci si inarpica su un sentiero che taglia in due un enorme prato. Da qui iniziano le indicazioni per Monte Dinavolo con i colori bianco-rosso (sentiero 001 CAI). Si sale x 4-5 km in mezzo al bosco ammirando un panorama da paura visto che si sta a cavallo tra la val trebbia e la val nure. Quasi in cima c'è un bivio in mezzo al sentiero PRENDERE A DESTRA.Una volta in cima si scende sempre in mezzo al bosco fino a Mandrola. Da qui si scende ancora sull'asfalto fino ad un bivio dove si segue l' indicazione per Ponte dell'Olio. Da qui si prosegue sempre sulla strada principale non interessandosi più del percorso CAI bianco-rosso e dopo breve tempo sempre in discesa si arriva a Ponte.
Non farlo dopo le piogge. L'ho fatto anche al contrario e devo dire che cosi è un po più difficoltoso.
Falchi, lepri, scoiattoli, caprioli e volpi vi faranno compagnia fino all'ascesa del Dinavolo. Parcheggio principale di Ponte dell'Olio subito dopo il ponte. Da qui si prosegue per la strada principale con direzione Bettola
Around 20 km with a vertical drop of about 500 meters ... With my condition (low) it took me 2 hours scarce. Near the top there is a fork in the middle of the path TAKE A DESTRA.Una Once at the top it always goes down in the middle of the woods until Mandrola. From here you descend again on the asphalt up to a junction where you follow the 'indication for Bridge Oil. From here, continue on the main road not being interested most of the route CAI white-red and after a short time always downhill you get to the bridge.
Do not do it after the rains. I did it in reverse, and I have to say so is a bit more difficult.
Hawks, hares, squirrels, deer and foxes will keep you company until the rise of Dinavolo. Main car park in Bridge Oil immediately after the bridge. From here continue along the main road in the direction of Bettola
