Si parte da quarto verso i Casoni , si passa dietro i capannoni e si spunta a turro , con carraie e giravolte si arriva ad Albone . Ho inserito una nuova traccia eliminando il tratto accanto a un canaletto tra 2 campi , ora si arriva ad Albone su stradina.
Si prosegue su asfalto fino a san giorgio dove inizia il lungonure fino a Ponte , 800 metri di bagnolo poi a destra all'indicazione Castignadello , bel crinale , e discesa fino a Vigolzone e poi nel lungonure dove si esce a Grazzano che si attraversa . A Maiano con carraie si passa Verano , settima e si torna a quarto .
