Il giro parte da Colzate in prossimità del canile, si sale per la ciclabile della valle seriana fino al vecchio centro sportivo Bosio Lina Sport, poi si attraversa il provinciale e la località Fiorine e si taglia per la pineta fino all'abitato di Piario, da lì si segue la strada asfaltata fino a villad'ogna e si tiene la Dx dove inizia la salita di 11 km circa, da 550 mt s.l.m. ci porta ai 1300 del prato del mosquel,si tiene la Sx dove parte il sentiero che porta a Colle Palazzo, il sentiero è tutto un sù e giù, comunque mantiene il livello sui 1350 mt.
Arrivati sopra colle palazzo si prende a dx per circa 200 mt e poi a dx passando fuori da una cascina senza tetto, si prende il sentiero che porta a AVE, ATTENZIONE iil sentiero è molto impegnativo, chi non ha un pò di esperienza è meglio scendere dalla bici, la discesa è RIPIDISSIMA, ma con una bike da Enduro non ci sono grossi problemi.
In fondo alla discesa il sentiero si allarga e inizia una breve salita, ora si affronta un guado, bisogna attraversare il torrente Rino, dopo il guado sulla dx si risale l'argine e si prende il sentiero che porta a AVE, qui ora si procede sempre in sella in una leggerissima salitella.
Arrivati al paesino di AVE si scende a Piazzolo per una bellissima ma ripida discesa e da Piazzolo la strada diventa asfaltata fino a intersecare la ciclabile della valle seriana a Ponte Selva, da lì si arriva nuovamente al Canile di colzate.
