Percorso quasi interamente su asfalto, che però comprende innumerevoli variazioni su sentieri e single track.
Si parte da Morozzo,direzione Cuneo. Poche decine di metri prima della piazza di Margarita, si svolta a sx e si imbocca la strada che porterà direttamente a Chiusa Pesio.
Da qui il paesaggio comincia ad avere caratteristiche suggestive. Il torrente Pesio, la valle e il massiccio del Marguareis, fanno di questa vallata uno dei posti preferiti sia da biker che da turisti domenicali in cerca di qualche ora di relax.
Arrivati a Vigna abbiamo optato per una piccola deviazione a sx, in una ripida salita di circa 3 km che porta rapidamente a quota 1000 m.
In certi punti le pendenze raggiungono livelli tali da non permettere di restare col sedere nella sella.
Lungo la strada, incontriamo qualche residenza ormai abbandonata.
Arrivati al Pilone dell'Olocco, che altro non è che una Cappella,
abbiamo quattro possibilità.
La prima è quella di continuare la strada asfaltata con pendenze anche maggiori di quelle incontrate finora, per poi scoprire che l'asfalto terminerà per poi continuare su una strada sterrata che porterà sul Monte Pigna, incontrando solo pascoli e poco altro.
Le altre tre alternative sono: un single track che porterà a S. Bartolomeo che però evitiamo a causa di un tipo che continua a fare motocross avanti e indietro. oppure altri due sentieri che porteranno uno al Lago di Pianfei e un altro molto bello che porta direttamente allo stabilimento dove viene imbottigliatta l'acqua Lurisia.
Decisi a proseguire per il Rifugio Pian delle Gorre, facciamo la veloce discesa che ci riporterà direttamente a Vigna. Le pastiglie ne risentiranno tantissimo a causa delle forti pendenze e dei stretti tornanti.
Arrivati a Vigna di prosegue in una leggera salita fino alla Certosa di Pesio, una Casa Missionaria a 860 m. luogo di pellegrinaggio molto affollato specie alla domenica.
Dalla Certosa di Pesio si prende a dx una stretta strada in moderata pendenza che porterà dopo circa 3 km al Rifugio di Pian delle Gorre.
Da qui dopo una breve pausa decidiamo di far ritorno a Morozzo per la stessa strada.

in sentieri sono innumerevoli. Tutti con un panorama mozzafiato.
Da fare al piu presto non appena le belle giornate lo permetteranno.....
