La partenza del giro è dal campeggio di Vicchio facilità parcheggio,poi si prende in direzione di Molezzano,Gattaia per essere sulla strada bianca panoramica che porta sino alla Madonna dei Tre Fiumi da lì in poi SS 302 fino al Giogo di Casaglia o passo della Colla.
Sulla destra del passo inizia il sentiero 00 il tratto sarà crinale con salite da fare a piedi ma anche delle meritevoli discese che dopo circa 25 Km condurranno al passo del muraglione,dopo una sosta la strada sarà tutta asfaltata e in discesa fino a Vicchio.
Consiglio di fare il giro quando il terreno è asciutto,acqua ha disposizione è soltanto a fonte dell'Alpe poco prima di arrivare al passo della Colla poi fino al Muraglione non abbiamo travato niente.
