Partiti da Rodengo Saiano alle 12,40 circa tempo buono variabile ,un po' di leggera foschia , passati dalla stella di Gussago ciclabile fino a Zanano , la salita comincia subito in piazza con un bel 20% fino alla prima sbarra che e' dopo qualche centinaia di metri, oggi era aperta , si sale sempre con una pendenza non sotto il 15% per raggiungere punte del 23% dopo quasi 4 km si arriva alla passata un bel spiazzo tipo pista da sci e poi si scollina e si tiene la carraia fino a S. Emiliano che arrivera' dopo un bellissimo e panoramico saliscendi molto facile e godereccio di circa 15 minuti arrivati alla chiesetta solitamente c'e' aperto un piccolo bar tipo rifugio con posti a sedere anche dentro per chi avesse freddo , c'e' anche una chiesetta per i piu' credenti che vogliono dire qualche preghiera ,specialmente in questi tempi, la vista e' fantastica si vede tutta la bassa bresciana compreso le tre torri , poi si scende dal sentiero dei grassi tutto sistemato a doc apparte i primi 500 metri e' tutto percorribile fino all'osservatorio di S. bernardo di lumezzane per poi scendere fino giu' a lumezzane per poi rientrare a Rodi .
