partenza da lecco in direzione montalbano, giunti all'ultimo tornante della vecchia lecco/ballabio si ritorna su asfalto e si va in direzione resinelli(lunga ma docile salita) arrivati ai resinelli andate in direzione dell'obrobrio scempio del grattacielo (bella cosa se qualcuno lo tirasse giu a cannonate) e subito nelle vicinanze vi è il rifugio sel, dietro al rifugio parte il sentiero della val calolden.Discesa veramente tecnica in dove bisogna mettere in conto di spingere un po( almeno io un po ho spinto) .Giunti a laorca io sono andato in direzione medale ed ho fatto il sentiero che l'attravers tutta.Consiglio non fatelo ma quando trovate la rete paramassi girate a sinistra e seguite quella perchè il sentiero che ho fatto io è piuttosto poco pedalabile .Discesa finale sino a rancio e rientro a lecco.. zona ospedale
