Partendo da Uccea si sale lungo strada asfaltata con pendenza regolare mai troppo impegnativa risalendo l'omonima vallata fino a quando non si giunge agli stavoli di Gnivizza (Sella Carnizza). All'incrocio si svolta a sinistra ed in leggera discesa si raggiunge brevemente la Chiesa di S.Anna di Carnizza. Proseguire sulla carrareccia (cai 739). In leggera salita su strada sterrata dal fondo a tratti disconneso e sassoso si perviene alla C.ra Nischiurach (1182m). Seguire la traccia di sentiero sulla sinistra. Stupendo single track che scorre in magnifico bosco quasi totalmente ciclabile a parte breve tratto roccioso (nella parte alta). Alla fine si sbuca su pista forestale che riporta al paese di Uccea. Scala single trail S2 con brevi tratti S3.

Starting from Uccea climb along the paved road with regular slope never too busy climbing the homonymous valley until we reach the stavoli of Gnivizza (Sella Carnizza). At the junction turn left and slightly downhill you can quickly reach the Church of St. Anne of Carnizza. Continue on the dirt track (cai 739). Uphill on a dirt road from the bottom and rocky at times disconneso you come to C.ra Nischiurach (1182m). Follow the trail of the path on the left. Gorgeous flowing single track in beautiful woodland path almost completely apart short rocky stretch (on the top). At the end you will come out of the forest trail leading back to the country of Uccea. Scala single trail with short S2 S3.
