La partenza è dal parcheggio della trattoria regina , scuola e campo giochi di quarto
Si passa accanto alla chiesa e con alcune carraie si spunta alla Rossia dove si costeggia il trebbia fino al ponte di rivalta , oltrepassato si gira a destra per canneto e si costeggia il trebbia fino a Croara . Si prosegue sulla provinciale fino a Travo , passato il ponte si gira a sinstra sulla ss45 per poi girare a destra sull'indicazione Coni Rallio . Quì inzia un'impegnativa salita di 3,5 km ,dopo 600 metri di asfalto si gira a destra sulla strada bianca e alcuni tratti impegnativi ci porta a Castellaro sull'asfalto .Si gira a sinistra e si arriva a Chuilano , dove parte una carraia a tratti un pò rovinata che arriva a Mansano , su asfalto si sale a pian del pozzo dove si gira a destra sulla strada che costeggia le cave della cementirossi si scende a Bagnolo dove si gira a sinistra per Castignadello dove prendete il sentiero di destra , poche centinaia di metri di salitella e dal culmine , sulla destra c'è un brevissimo sentiero che invito a fare , porta a vedere l'impressionante cava di albarola .Proseguite per la bellissima discesa fino a Colonese inframmezzata con 2 brevi e impegnativi tratti in salita . Si gira a destra poi a sinistra e con alcune carraie si passa Verano e Settima .

L'acqua la trovate a travo di fronte al bar all'incrocio centrale quando si prende il ponte 5 km dopo Piacenza verso Bobbio sulla ex ss 45
