Partenza da Borgo di Preci da dove si sale per una ripida carrozzabile lungo le coste del Monte Centoio e del Monte Puro (1149 m.). La discesa per il bosco del Colle S.Nicola è inizialmente facile e scorrevole, si complica un po' nel tratto finale quando si entra nello stretto fosso S.Croce. Arrivati a fondovalle si procede agevolmente lungo piacevoli sterrate costeggianti il torrente Campiano fino all'abitato di Piè la Rocca. Da qui inizia il sentiero francescano che si percorre con saliscendi fino a Campi Vecchio da dove, percorrendo a ritroso la Valle Castoriana, si ritorna al punto di partenza.

Departure from the village of Preci from where you climb a steep paved road along the coast of Monte Centoio and Mount Puro (1149 m.). The descent through the forest of St. Nicholas Colle is initially easy and smooth, is complicated a bit 'in the final stretch when you enter the narrow ditch Santa Croce. Once in the valley we proceed smoothly along the creek pleasant dirt costeggianti Campiano to the village of Rocca Footer. From here begins the Franciscan path that runs up and down with up to Old Fields where, going back along the valley Castoriana, you return to the starting point.
