Itinerario lungo e duro ma con spettacolare panorama. Per molti tratti bisognerà portare la bici a mano su sentieri non completamente ciclabili. Da chiusa si sale verso Lazfons, ma dopo l'albergo mühlele si gira a sx su sterrato verso la chiesa di S. Anna. Da qui si prende un bel sentiero nel bosco, il 3. Quando si arriva alla croce conviene, contrariamente alla traccia, continuare sul 3b per rimanere in quota e non sul 3 in discesa. Più avanti ci si ricongiunge e si sale fino alla Gasserhütte (ristoro). Si sale poi sulla forestale 6 fino all'incrocio con il sentiero 1. Daqui a dx sempre sul sentiero 1. Questa è una zona piuttosto paludosa e specialmente dopo le piogge è estremamente difficile pedalare senza sprofondare nella torbiera. In questo caso, dopo la gasser hütte, prendere la deviazione a dx per la Stoefflhütte (15), poi ancora avanti a sx (15a) fino ad incrociare il sentiero 1. Poi si continua a salire fino a monte del Passo e si scende al rifugio S. Croce (ristoro) con la famosa chiesetta del Cristo Nero. Da qui si continua sul 7 (solo in parte ciclabile e esposto) e sul 5 (ancora poco ciclabile) ma con bel panorama fino al bivio con il sentiero 8 che prendiamo fino al maso. Da qui si scende sul 14a, sul 10 e sul 1 fino allo splendido convento di Sabiona. Prima del convento, scendere sul divertente sentiero a tornanti verso Chiusa, con scalinata finale per entrare in città. Autostrada del Brennero uscita Chiusa, parcheggio prima della città oppure dalla parte opposta del fiume
