Itinerario non lungo ma molto impegnativo, sia per la ripida salita alla Brunstalm (malga brusada), sia per il sentiero 20 con tratti tecnici e qualche tratto in saliscendi da fare a spinta. Alla Brunstalm lale la pena di fermarsi per assaggiare qualche specialità tipica o anche solo per una birra con stupendo panorama. per chi avesse ancora forze, la traccia continua salendo sul versante opposto fino a Obergoste e poi scende sul divertente sentiero 21 fino a Rasun Statale della val Pusteria, fra il bivio per Anterselva e il algo di Valdaora, piccolo parcheggio al bivio per Valdaora di Sopra, oppure parcheggiare a valdaora di Sopra o di Mezzo

Route is not long but very challenging, both for the steep climb to the Brunstalm (Alm Brusada), and the path 20 with technical sections and some going up and down to make a push. At Brunstalm lale worth stopping to sample some typical specialty or even just for a beer with a wonderful panorama. for those who still had strength, the trail continues climbing on the opposite side until Obergoste and then falls on the fun path 21 to Rasun State of Val Pusteria, between the junction for Anterselva and the algo of Olang, small car park at the junction for Oberolang or a park or valdaora di Sopra di Mezzo
