Da Villabassa si sale verso Prato Piazza per forestali con tratti ripidi. A Ponticello si sale per la bella val di stolla, poi a prato Piazza e al rifugio Vallandro, tutto su sentieri e sterrate. Si prende il 34 verso monte Specie e prima di arrivare in cima si continua sul 34 in discesa per la val chiara. Attenzione il sentiero è tecnico con tornanti nella prima parte, poi c'è una piccola parte da fare a piedi molto esposta, sconsigliabile a chi soffre di vertigini. Poi il sentiero ricomincia a scendere ripido e meno esposto, anche se sempre molto difficile verso la val di Landro. Arrivati in valle, si prende subito a sinistra il sentiero e la ciclabile fino al cimitero di guerra. Da qui si continua sul divertente sentiero (non sulla ciclabile) verso il lago di dobbiaco e poi si torna a Dobbiaco e al camping Olympia. Attenzione, il sentiero 34 è molto impegnativo ed esposto, consigliato solo a bikers esperti. Dalla val Pusteria partenza dal camping Olympia fra Villabassa e Dobbiaco. Si può arrivare anche da Cortina per il passo Cimabanche fino a Dobbiaco

From Villabassa climb to Prato Piazza for forest with steep sections. A bridge, go up the beautiful valley of Stolla, then Piazza and lawn to the shelter Vallandro, all on trails and dirt roads. Beware the trail is technical with switchbacks in the first part, then there is a small part to make walking very exposed, not recommended for those suffering from vertigo.
