La val d'Ultimo è bellissima, e questo è il più bell'itinerario che si può fare in val d'Ultimo! Non è però un itinerario normale, nel senso che bisogna essere disposti a portare la bici in spalla per 600 m di dislivello, dal lago di Fontana bianca al rifugio Canziani (ristoro). Da qui però si apre uno scenario incantevole su cime alte 3500 metri e sui tanti bellissimi laghi di montagna che si costeggiano lungo il sentiero. Arrivati poi alla Fiechtalm (ristoro), si scende per un altro divertente sentiero fino a S. Geltrude e poi, ancora sul bel sentiero dei masi della val d'Ultimo (Ultner Hoefeweg) si arriva al lago di Zoccolo che si costeggia e passando sulla diga si torna all' auto. lungo il sentiero dei masi si possono anche ammirare i famosi giganteschi larici millenari della val d'Ultimo. Anche all'andata, per arrivare a S. Geltrude, si pedala lungo sentieri nel bosco. Itinerario duro ma bellissimo, dedicato a bikers esperti. Autostrada del brennero uscita bolzano sud, superstrada per merano uscita merano sud, direzione lana, alla seconda rotonda direzione val d'Ultimo fino a S. Valburga, parcheggio all'inizio del lago di Zoccolo
Val d'Ultimo is beautiful, and this is the most beautiful itinerary that you can do in Val d'Ultimo!
