Itinerario molto vario, che alterna strade forestali e sentieri sempre con un bellissimo panorama verso la val Venosta. La salita è piuttosto dura e lunga fino alla Tanaser Hütte, poi con una lunga discesa si torna a Tanas, si passa per la bella chiesetta di s. Pietro e si raggiunge il fondovalle a Oris. Si risale ancora su sterrata molto ripida e poi si seguono bei sentieri nel bosco calando lentamente verso il punto di partenza, con alla fine un ultimo sentiero tecnico e divertente. Seguire la val Venosta fino al paese di Lasa, parcheggio presso il campo di calcio al lato della statale

Route varied, alternating forest roads and trails always with a beautiful view to the Val Venosta. The climb is quite long and hard to Tanaser Hütte, then with a long descent back to Tanas, we pass by the beautiful church of s. Peter and reaches the valley floor to Oris. It still goes on very steep dirt road and then follow beautiful trails in the woods falling slowly to the starting point, with the end of a final technical trail and fun. Follow the Venosta valley to the village of Lasa, parking at the football field at the side of the highway
