discesa che parte dal rifugio la Fascia (circa 1700m) nel quale si arriva dopo una lunga salita che si prende da ponte d'arce in località Vallelarga; la discesa è segnalata da fascette di plastica e da segni del CAI, a parte la prima parte nel bosco ove si vedono solo i segni sugli alberi poichè a terra ci sono troppe foglie, dopo un po il sentiero è ben riconoscibile e porta fino all'inizio della napoleonica in località pettorano sul gizio, da qui si scende per ripide scalinate fino a giungere alle sorgenti del paese si parte dal rifugio,si seguono le indicazioni per pettorano presenti proprio su un recinto di pietre di fianco al rifugio

descent that starts from the refuge range (about 1700m) where you will arrive after a long climb that takes you from the deck of arce in town Vallelarga; the descent is marked by plastic ties and by signs of CAI, apart from the first part of the forest where you only see the marks on the trees because there are too many leaves on the ground, after a while the trail is well recognized and leading up to ' beginning of the Napoleonic locations Pettorano sul Gizio, from here we descend steep stairs to reach the source of the country is part of the shelter, follow the signs for Pettorano present right on a stone fence next to the refuge
