Facile ma bella escursione dentro la riserva naturale di Canale Monterano. Si passano cascate, solfatare, fiumi e rovine.
Il giro è fangoso nella stagione piovosa specialmente nella parte centrale del giro.
Questo itinerario è facile tecnicamente ma presenta delle salite abbastanza faticose. Si percorre la Strada Statale 493 fino a Manziana e al primo semaforo si gira a sinistra direzione Tolfa, Civitavecchia. Dopo pochi km si gira per Canale Monterano e si entra in paese.
Si parcheggia all'incirca davanti la chiesa.

Easy but beautiful hike in the nature reserve of Channel Monterano. You pass waterfalls, sulfur mines, rivers and ruins.
The ride is muddy in the rainy season, especially in the central part of the tour.
This route is technically easy but has some fairly strenuous climbs. Take the Highway 493 up to Manzanita and at the first traffic light turn left direction Tolfa, Civitavecchia. After a few km you turn to Channel Monterano and you enter the country.
You park around the front of the church.
