A mio parere il più bel itinerario della Valdastico.
Panorami bellissimi, salite impegnative ma mai impossibili, discese a volte veloci da rilanciare, altre ancora tecniche e impegnative, ma sempre comunque divertentissime.
Giro che tocca dapprima i sentieri della Grande Guerra sul Monte Novegno, con forti, trincee, monumenti, cimiteri di guerra e postazioni di tiro tutti da vedere e contemplare.
Prima discesa splendida verso il Colletto di Velo che divide le due valli, quella del Leogra (si corre da queste parti l'omonima gara marathon) da una parte e quella dell'Astico dall'altra.
Risalita di circa 300mt verso il monte Summano, su strada ripida e in gran parte cementata. Una visita veloce alla croce e poi giù per un sentiero veloce e poco o nulla tecnico (questa discesa può essere sostituita da quest'altra -che non ho ancora avuto il piacere di fare a causa di imprevisti vari occorsi durante le mie gite ma che sembra sia più tecnica. In ogni caso ci sono molte possibilità per scendere dal Summano, basta una cartina e tanta fantasia)
Giro che secondo me sta davanti a tanti altri di mete più blasonate; facilmente accessibile dagli abitanti della pianura.

E ce pure il video!! A4 Milano-Venezia, prendere lo svincolo per A31Valdastico e seguire fino a fine autostrada (Piovene Rocchette- Chiuppano). Girare a destra per Chiuppano e seguire per la chiesa. Parcheggiare nell'ampio parcheggio limitrofo.

In my opinion the most beautiful journey of Valdastico.
Beautiful views, but never impossible climbs, descents sometimes quick to raise, others technical and demanding, but always hilarious anyway.
Tour that touches first the paths of Great War on Monte Novegno, with forts, trenches, monuments, war cemeteries and shooting locations all to see and contemplate.
First descent towards the beautiful collar Veil that separates the two valleys, that of Leogra (it runs from these parts of the marathon race of the same name) on one side and the other Astico.
Ascent of about 300 meters to the Mount Summano, on steep and largely cemented. A quick visit to the cross and then down a path faster and little or no technical (this descent can be replaced by this other-which I have not yet had the pleasure of doing due to unexpected events that occurred during my trips but that seems is more technical. Anyway there are many opportunities to get off the Summano, just a map and a lot of imagination)
Giro that I think is in front of so many others of a more noble; easily accessible by the inhabitants of the plains.

And there also the video !! A4 Milan-Venice motorway, take the exit for A31Valdastico and follow until the end of the motorway (Piovene Rocchette- Chiuppano). Turn right and follow Chiuppano for the church. Park in the parking lot next door.
