Verso antiorario, quota min/max 1300 / 2330
Si parte dalla frazione di Fiames, utilizziamo la ciclabile (ex ferrovia) per giungere ad Ospitale, attraversata la statale ci addentriamo in Val Gotres fino a raggiungere F.lla Lerosa, scendiamo sulla militare verso Ra Stua senza passarci, poi risaliamo la insidiosa Val Salata, e al bivio prendiamo a destra per il Rif. Biella. Tornati sui nostri passi e raggiunto il Rif. Sennes prima e il Rif. Fodara Vedla poi scendiamo per il sent. 9 per tornare a Ra Stua e raggiungere il tornante Sant'Umberto.
Costeggiando il Boite torniamo a Fiames.

It starts from the village of Fiames, we use the cycle path (former railway) to reach Hospitable, across the state we enter in Val Gotres to reach Forcella Lerosa, go down on military towards Ra Stua without passing, then go up the treacherous Val Salata, and at the junction turn right towards the ref. Biella. Back on our feet and reached Ref. Senes and before the Ref. Fodara Vedla then go down to the felt. 9 to return to Ra Stua and reach the hairpin Sant'Umberto.
Along the Boite back to Fiames.
