Itinerario abbastanza duro per le pendenze accentuate (15-18%) che purtroppo non ha tratti di single track in discesa ma solo strade bianche. Il giro è però ripagato dallo stupendo scenario della zona e dalla pace che si respira da queste parti nel bosco. Si parte da Lamon (comodo parcheggio di fianco alla chiesa), si sale al paese di Arina per poi proseguire fino alla cima del monte Picosta. Da qui una rapida discesa ci porta a Castel Tesino. Passando poi per il parco della Cascatella si sale ancora un po fino a contrà Coronini, poi tutta discesa-falsopiano in val Nuvola. Possibile la visita al Bus de la Lora, portatevi via una felpa, guanti ed una tikka! Bellissima! In val Nuvola potete anche scendere a vedere una cascata dove vedete il waypoint con bandiera. ATTENZIONE, l'ultimo tratto di sentiero è estremamente esposto e pericoloso!

Route tough enough for the steep slopes (15-18%), which unfortunately does not have stretches of single track downhill but only dirt roads. The tour, however, is rewarded by the beautiful scenery of the area and the peace that reigns in these parts in the woods. It starts from Lamon (convenient parking next to the church), climb to the village of Arina and then go up to the top of the mountain Picosta. From here a rapid descent leads us to Castel Tesino. Moving on to the park Cascatella is still a little salt until contrà Coronini, then all downhill slight slope in Val-Cloud. Can a visit to the Bus de la Lora, bring forth a sweatshirt, gloves and a tikka! Very nice! Val in the Cloud you can also go to see a waterfall where you see the waypoint with the flag. WARNING, the last section of the trail is very exposed and dangerous!
