Giro breve sul versante sud del Garzirola.
Si parte da Bogno subito su sterrato, in direzione capanna San Lucio. La strada forestale dal fondo in parte smosso sale nel bosco quasi tutta in ombra. La pendenza cambia e spesso raggiunge valori elevati, specie nell'ultimo tratto aperto proprio sotto la capanna: in poco meno di 7km si scalano 600 mt.
Dopo l'obbligata sosta alla capanna, inizia un single track davvero stupendo, già osannato in altri itinerari e filmati. Un saliscendi sul versante erboso del Garzirola di 7km da percorrere con attenzione perchè in parte esposto, e con qualche passaggio roccioso e tecnico da non sottovalutare. Numerose vallete attraversano il percorso, spesso seguite da strappi ripidi in salita che richiedono prontezza nello scalare rapporto e attivare il reggisella telescopico d'obbligo.
Passata l'Alpe Pietrarossa si sale brevemente e si raggiunge il bivio per Signora; indossate le protezioni e preparatevi a una discesa fantastica. Il sentiero mai troppo stretto passa in un bosco di larici e abeti, su un fondo quasi sempre compatto e terroso, ma con numerose canaline di scolo e radici, oltre a diversi canali a tratti profondi da prendere con attenzione.
Dopo diversi tornanti, qualche sasso smosso su cambi di pendenza, tratti pianeggianti in pineta arriverete alla strada forestale che vi riporta su asfalto a Signora.
Da qui si prende a sinistra e si rientra in 3 km (all'inizio in salita) su asfalto a Bogno. Da Lugano Nord, proseguite verso Tesserete, quindi la cantonale per Val Colla.

Short tour on the south side of the Garzirola.
It starts from Bogno immediately on dirt, in the direction of San Lucio Hut. The forest road by the fund partly moved up into the forest almost entirely in shadow. From here you take a left and you fall in 3 km (at the beginning uphill) on asphalt bogno. From Lugano Nord, continue towards Tesserete, then the cantonal Val Colla.
