Sentiero bellissimo immerso nel verde della Sila.
Partenza da località Ciricilla; si percorre quindi la vallata dell'omonimo fiume (più di una volta lo si guada) fino a raggiungere il Lago Ampollino in località Verberano; si percorre quindi la provinciale fino all'imbocco del sentiero Timpone del Triangolo (per lo più ricoperto da ginestra).
Arrivati in località Caporosa inizia la salita più impegnativa che porta sul colle che sovrasta la località Spineto; quindi ridescesi fino a spineto si percorre la provinciale che riporta al punto di partenza!!!

Beautiful trail in the countryside of the Sila.
Departure from the resort Ciricilla; then go along the valley of the river (more than once you wade) until you reach the Lake resort in Ampollino Verberano; then go along the main road to the path Timpone Triangle (mostly covered with broom).
you arrive in Caporosa begins the climb more challenging which leads on the hill overlooking the town Spineto; then ridescesi until briar go along the road that returns to the starting point !!!
