los ging es über die rootsoll trails richtung wittmoor, dort über den torfdamm und dann zum ersten müllberg, dann weiter über einen serpentinen schlammuphill auf den nächsten. auf dem gerölldownhill ging es wieder runtern, dann weiter richtung alstertal und hainesch iland, dann über den saselbektrail zu den teichwiesen und zum mellenberg. dann ab zu den trials im tunneltal und zu den 7 gatterl trails auf dem höltigbaum, weiter über den ahrensburger trail zu den ahrensburger everglades. dann weiter richtung bocksberg und via volksdorfer trails zum rodenbeker quellen trail.
