Partenza da Cernobbio (CO), parcheggiato auto dopo circa 3 km sulla strada che conduce al Monte Bisbino, si procede sulla strada asfaltata - ma volendo per i più tosti si possono seguire i sentieri che si vedono ai bordi della strada (io li ho fatti una volta e sono piuttosto difficoltosi per le mie capacità).
A circa 1 km dalla vetta sulla destra si prende lo sterrato per il Rifugio BUGONE dove c'è subito una bella vista sul lago di Como; si procede poi verso il rifugio di Binate procedendo su vari strappetti di cui uno piuttosto impegnativo.
Lasciato il Rif.Binate si procede in discesa fino ad un gruppo di case dove a Sx si intravede un sentiero in single track che sale verso l'Alpe di Piano, si arriva ad uno spiazzo dove c'è una croce di ferro e si sale ancora sempre in direzione Alpe di piano.
Iniziata la discesa abbiamo preso la prima deviazione - a gomito - sulla DX e proseguito fino a raggiungere l'Alpe di Piano, da cui si ha una vista meravigliosa.
Abbiamo quindi proseguito sul sentiero intersecando la strada asfaltata che porta ad Erbonne, ultimo paese in terra Italiana; in fondo alla strada, in prossimità di una chiesetta c'è il sentiero che porta al ponte sul valico con la Svizzera, e quindi si giunge a Scudellate, in Val di Muggio.
Io e il mio compagno di gita avremmo voluto tentare l'ascesa verso il Monte Generoso, ma impegni di lavoro ci hanno costretto al ritorno, effettuato su strada fino a Chiasso, quindi Cernobbio e piccola risalita per raggiungere l'auto parcheggiata.
Itinerario consigliato per la bellezza stordente del paesaggio, penso che sia da evitare la domenica perchè presumo una forte affluenza di escursionisti a piedi; noi, complice in tempo non proprio bellissimo, non abbiamo trovato quasi nessuno.
Allego la traccia GPS, è valida solo fino al KM 50 perchè stupidamente ho lasciato acceso il navigatore anche quando la bici era in auto (a proposito, qualcuno mi sa dire come fare per modificare i percorsi?)

Departure from Cernobbio (CO), parked cars after about 3 km on the road that leads to Mount Bisbino, we proceed on the road - but wanting for the toughest you can follow the paths that you see at the edge of the road (I have made once and are rather difficult for my skills).
about 1 km from the summit on the right, take the dirt road to the Refuge Bugone where there is now a beautiful view of Lake Como; then proceeds to the shelter of Binate proceeding on various tear in one of which is quite challenging.
leaving the Rif.Binate you descend to a group of houses where Sx is visible in a single track trail that climbs toward the 'Alpe di Piano, you will come to a clearing where there is an iron cross and go up again in the direction of Alpe plan.
Started the descent we took the first turn - elbow - on the DX and continued until reach the Alpe Plan, where you have a wonderful view.
We then went on the trail intersects the paved road that leads to Erbonne, the last town in Italian land; down the road, near a small church there is the path that leads to the bridge at the crossing with Switzerland, and then you come to Scudellate, in Val di Muggio.
Me and my buddy trip we wanted groped the ascent to the Monte Generoso, but work commitments forced us to return by road to Chiasso, Cernobbio and then small lift to reach the parked car.
Recommended itinerary for the beauty of the stun landscape, I think it's to avoid the Sunday because I assume a strong turnout of walkers; us complicit in time not just beautiful, we found almost none.
attach the GPS track, it is only valid until 50 KM because I foolishly left on the browser even when the bike was in the car (about , someone can tell me how to change the paths?)
