Tour Nr.7 aus der Broschüre der Tourist Info Bad Münstereifel Mountainbike Touren. Tolle Runde mit herrlichen Ausblicken auf das Sahrtal und den Hochthürmer (449m). An wenigen Stellen besser schieben, vor allem den Downhill nach Binzenbach. Mit der richtigen Komponentenauswahl am Bike kein Problem, ich hatte aber so ein 400€ Teil und da muss man schon aufpassen. Immer wieder Bänke für Rast und Aussicht geniessen. An einem 3.Oktober 27Grad, wolkenlos und kein Wind! So was hatte ich nur auf Kreta oder Rhodos. Besser den Sommer auf Ende September Anfang Oktober verlegen, das ist jetzt schon einige Jahre so. Wer möchte, kann durch die Verbindungswege zu den anderen Touren den Tag noch verlängern. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Wege von kurzen Asphaltabschnitten über Wiesen und Wald, sehr schön.

In a few places better push, especially the downhill to Binzenbach. With proper selection of components on the bike no problem, but I had a 400 euro; Part and since you have been watching. Again and again enjoy benches for rest and observation. At an October 3 27Grad, clear and no wind! So what I had only in Crete or Rhodes. Better move the summer to the end of September beginning of October, which is now some years to come. Those who wish may extend through the passageways to the other tours the day yet. Very diverse styles of short asphalt sections through meadows and forest, very beautiful.
