Die Tour beginnt in Ammerthal und geht über´s Pürschlägertal Richtung Dietersberg, weiter Richtung Pürschläg-Illschwang wo ein paar schöne Anstiege zu bewältigen sind. Dann einen kleinen Rundkurs um Pesensricht, und ca. 2 km auf der gleichen Strecke wieder zurück Richtung Illschwang. Hier kommt man durch einen wunderbaren Trail an einem Klettersteig vorbei ( das Bike muss hier ein paar Meter geschultert werden ). Dann über 3 kleine Felsentreppen weiter um den Berg herum Richtung Schöpfendorf wo 2 Spitzkehren nicht ganz so einfach zu bewältigen sind. Ein schöner knackiger Anstieg und nun befindet man sich auf dem Höhenzug Ritzenfeld-Ammerthal. Die Strecke führt über einen schönen Waldweg Richtung Ammerthal-Sportplatz. Hier ist dann wiederum ein knackiger Anstieg von 23 % zu überwinden ( Teer ) und man befindet sich auf dem Spitzberg. Über Götzendorf und Kotzheim mit schönem Single-Trail-Anteil weiter Richtung Oberhof. Die letzten 4 km geht´s dann nochmals über einen schönen Waldweg der immer wieder mit Wurzeln übersät ist zurück nach Ammerthal. Wer hier noch nicht genug hat, der kann zum Abschluß der Tour den Kirchensteig hochfahren ( nochmal 22 % )und sich im Ammerthaler Hof ein ( oder mehrere ) genussvolle Weizen genehmigen.

The tour begins in the Ammer valley and goes über's Pürschlägertal direction Dieter Berg, direction Pürschläg-Illschwang where some nice climbs are manageable. Then a small circuit around Pesensricht, and about 2 km on the same route back towards Illschwang. Here you walk through a beautiful trail on a via ferrata over (the bike must be shouldered here a couple of meters). Then 3 small rock stairs around the mountain towards scooping village where two hairpins are not as easy to deal further. A nice crisp rise and now you are on the ridge Ritz field Ammerthalstraße. The route leads through a lovely forest path towards Ammerthalstraße sports court. Here then is again a crisp increase of 23% to overcome (tar) and you are on the Spitzberg. About Götzdorf and Kotzheim with nice single trail share further direction Oberhof. The last 4 km Then it's again a lovely forest path is always littered with roots back to Ammerthalstraße. Who here can not get enough, can the conclusion of the tour drive up the church gate (again 22%) and one (or more) approve enjoyable wheat in the Ammer Thaler yard.
