Die Verlauf ist an die Tour von freak04 (10349) angelegt. Nach Laatsch ist dieser Weg meines erachtens besser. Start in Scuols am Campingplatz (Parken möglich) Nach kurzem Einradeln geht´s ab Sur En teilweise steil bergauf bis zur Einkehrmöglichkeit Uina Dadaint. Nach einem kurzen Trail beginnt die Schiebepassage durch die spektauläre Uina Schlucht. Am Ende der Schlucht fährt man auf einem Singeltrail, der leicht bergauf führt bis zur Sesvenna Hütte. Ab der Hütte geht es anfangs steil bergab und verläuft dann bis ins Vinschgau (Burgeis), wobei die letzten Kilometer asphaltiert sind. Auf dem Radweg nach Laatsch und dann rechts ins Münstertal und nach Überqueren der Ofenpassstraße folgen wir dem ausgeschilderten Radweg immer am Bach entlang bis nach Müstair. Nach erneutem Queren der Ofenpassstraße kommen wir auf eine Schotterstraße, die bald in einen Singletrail übergeht. Der Weg führt uns wieder auf die Ofenpassstraße, der wir bis zum Abzweig nach Lü folgen. Von hier geht es stetig bergauf asphaltiert bis nach Lü. Von dort müssen noch ca. 300 Hm auf Schotterweg bis zum Costainas Pass zurückgelegt werden. Ab hier geht es nur noch bergab. Anfangs auf gut befahrbarem Trail über traumhafte Almwiesen, nach Alp Astras auf Wirtschaftsweg dem Bach folgend bis nach S-charl und dann auf Kiespiste und Teerstraße bis ins Tal zum Ausgangspunkt.

The course is laid out on the tour of freak04 (10349). After Laatsch this way in my opinion is better. Start in Scuol at the campground (parking available) After recently going Einradeln & acute s from Sur En partly steeply uphill to the Refreshments uina Dadaint. After a short trail, the sliding passage begins by spektauläre uina gorge. At the end of the gorge you drive on a single trail leading uphill to the Sesvenna hut. From the cottage there is initially steep downhill and then runs down to the Vinschgau (burgeis), the last kilometers are paved. On the bike path to Laatsch and then right to the Münster and after crossing the Ofen Pass road we follow the signposted bike route along the stream up to Müstair. After re-crossing the Ofen Pass road we come to a dirt road that merges into a single trail soon. The path leads us back to the Ofen Pass road, which we follow to the junction to Lü. From here it goes steadily uphill paved up to Lü. From there, about 300 Hm still need to be put back on gravel road to the Costainas pass. From here it is downhill. Initially on good passable trail through gorgeous alpine meadows, to Alp Astras on Wirtschaftsweg the creek following up to S-charl and then on gravel runway and tarmac road up the valley to the starting point.
