6.8.2011 Po zatvorení shopu som šiel na výjazd s Romanom, Andrejom, bonitom a po Kuchynu šiel aj stax. Taký intervalový tréning to bol - do kopcov sa nakladalo, inak pohoda, krcmy a tak. :-) Ku koncu stúpania na BK mi riadne došlo, energia chýbala...
