Vom Dorf führt dich die Tour zuerst über einen Wiesenweg berab zur Fa. Joska. Du unterquerst die Hauptstrasse und Du fährst durch den Wald bergauf. Parallel zur Hauptstrasse im steten bergauf - bergab bis nach Böbrach. Später im Wald links ab - und dann beginnt der Singletrail. Über Stock und Stein, hauptsächlich aber über Wurzelwerk bis zu einer kleinen Brücke. Bediengt durch Regenfälle war das anschließende Stück bis zum Schwarzen Regen nicht befahrbar. Bis zum Kraftwerk fährst Du an diesem Fluß. Auf der anderen Straßenseite erst flach - dann aber beginnt der Aufstieg zur Burgruine Altnussberg , evt. mit einigen Schiebepassagen. 3 km und 220 Hm am Stück. Belohnst wirst Du durch eine leckerer Brotzeit und wundervolle Blicke. Die Abfahrt, vorbei am Dorf, führt dich nach Teisnach. Ab hier haben wir für einige km den Radweg benutz. Ab dem Gasthof Eck, durch Böbrach auf die alte Strecke wieder Richtung Bodenmais.
