Es geht los in Bad Hofgastein am Kaiserhof, runter nach Bad Gastein und schließlich auf dem Fahrradweg bis nach Dorfgastein. Alles kein Problem. Von der Strecke leicht und schnell zu fahren. In Dorfgastein geht es am Lift vorbei langsam den Berg nach oben. Die Tour ist als Moutainbike Tour ausgewiesen und auch in den Karten, die man im Hotel oder der Touristeninfo kostenlos bekommt, zu finden. Zunächst geht es auf der Straße ein Stück nach oben, dann kommt Schotter und schließlich der Forstweg. Vom fahrtechnischen ist es nicht sonderlich Anspruchsvoll. Be der Mittelstation kann man im Cafe Pause machen und etwas essen. Die Bergstation ist im Sommer nicht bewirtschaftet. Es geht dann weiter bis zur Bergstation auf dem Fulseck mit sehr schönem Rundumblick. Auf der Strecke muss man mit einigen Wanderern rechnen. Bergauf stört dies nicht, da der Forstweg breit genug ist, den Berg runter muss man dann etwas aufpassen. Nach der Gipfelstation gibt es noch einen Trail der weiteführt, da jedoch an dem Tag viele Wanderer unterwegs waren und meine Karte nicht besonders genau, bin ich nach ein paar Metern wieder umgedreht und so zurück gefahren, wie ich gekommen bin. Es gab noch einen kurzen Zwischenstop am Gipfelsee und dann ging es wieder runter und wieder zurück nach Bad Hofgastein. Besonders für den Blick auf den Gipfel kann ich die Tour empfehlen. Auch Anfänger können die Tour ohne Probleme machen. Von der Technik einfach, von der Kondition durchaus etwas anstrengend.

There was a brief stop at Gipfelsee and then it went back down and back to Bad Hofgastein. Especially for the views of the summit, I can recommend the tour. Even beginners can make the trip without problems. From the technology simple, on the condition quite a bit exhausting.
