Das Ganze begann als Feierabendtour in Quedlinburg und endete mit einem Einsatz der Rettungskräfte. Start in QLB in der Billungstraße. Ein kleiner Schwenk durch den Brühlpark brachte die erste Panne. Ein Snakebite ließ uns an der ARAL Tanke stoppen und den Schlauch flicken. Danach führte uns der Weg aus Quedlinburg hinaus und unter den Seweckenbergen über die Gersdorfer Burg nach Ballenstedt. Die Steigung vor Ballenstedt brachte uns erstmal auf Betriebstemperatur. Am Großen Gasthof in Ballenstedt war leider der Biergarten zu und so fuhren wir weiter in Richtung Harz. Der Weg war schön und die Laune prima. Wir erreichten die Stempelstelle 182 "Schirm Ballenstedt" der Harzer Wandernadel. Gut gelaunt weiter nach Westen auf guten Wegen. Auf der Alexanderstaße 200 bergab und dann links in den Wald. Die folgende Abfahrt machte Spass. Wir beschlossen dann auf einem der folgenden Möglichkeiten in das Tal abzufahren. Eine Holzabfuhrrinne hat uns gefallen. Der Downhill auf den Fahrspuren hatte etwas von einer Wellblechpiste bis der Trail verblockter wurde. Technisch anspruchsvoll konnten wir weiterfahren bis auf dem Weg liegende Bäume uns zum Absteigen zwangen. Wir mussten die Räder ein kurzes Stück tragen. Bei dieser Gelegenheit bissen oder stachen irgendwelche Insekten meinen mitfahrenden Freund und Kollegen. Nach einem kutzen Stück Trail mussten wir einen dicken Baum überklettern. Danach wäre der Trail wieder schön gewesen. Aber während wir unser Bilder schossen klappte der Kreislauf meines Freundes weg und ein unglaublicher Retungseinsatz begann. - Notruf 110. Mieser Empfang. Polizei ruft 3 mal zurück. Beim 3. Anruf hatten wir 1a Empfang. Da haben die Freunde und Helfer wohl ein Prioritätsschaltung geschafft. - Durchgabe von Koordinaten und mit Hilfe meines Garmin 400t und weitere Angaben zur Lage. - 5min später traf die Polizei am Osterteich ein wo ich sie mit dem Bike abholte und zum Rettungspunkt oben im Wald lotste. - Kurze Zeit später traf der Erste Trupp der Gernroder Feuerwehr ein. - Kurz danach trafen die Rettungssanitäter und die Notärztin ein. Unglaublich was jetzt für eine Aktivität losging. Mein Freund war nicht ansprechbar. Die Notärtzin tat alles um die Lage in den Griff zu bekommen. - Nach einer Stunde harter Arbeit begann der Abtransport zu Fuß runter zum Rettungswagen auf einer Trage. Die Feuerwehr Gernrode leistete vorbildliche Arbeit. Meine Hochachtung. Schluß: Der Einsatz war ein voller Erfolg. Mein Freund wurde in das Quedlinburger Krankenhaus eingeliefert und überlebte das Abenteuer dank dem super koordinierten Einsatz von Polizei Quedlinburg, Rettungsstelle, Notartzt und last but not least der Feuerwehr Gernrode. It all started as a celebration evening tour in Quedlinburg and ended with a rescue services. Start in QLB in the Billungstraße. A small pan through the Brühlpark brought the first breakdown. A Snakebite let us stop at the ARAL gas station and mend the hose. Then we led them out of the way of Quedlinburg and the castle Seweckenbergen on Gersdorfer to Ballenstedt. The slope before Ballenstedt took us first to operating temperature. At Great inn in Ballenstedt unfortunately was at the beer garden and so we drove towards Harz. The trail was nice and great mood. We reached the Stempelstelle 182 & quot; screen Ballenstedt & quot; the Harz hiking pin. Good humored further west on good trails. On the Alexanderstaße 200 downhill and then left into the forest. The descent was fun. We then decided on one of the following options abzufahren in the valley. A timber removal channel we liked. The downhill on the lanes had something was splinted by a gravel track to the trail. Technically demanding, we were able to continue to lie on the path trees forced us to dismount. We had to wear a short piece of the wheels. Bite on this occasion or any insect stung my ride-friend and colleague. After a piece Kutzen Trail we had to climb over a thick tree. After that, the trail would have been nice again. But while we took our pictures snapped off the circuit of my friend and an incredible Retungseinsatz began. - Emergency 110th Lousy reception. Police calls back 3 times. When the third call we had received 1a. As the friends and volunteers have probably made a priority circuit. - The administration of coordinates and using my Garmin 400t and further details on the situation. - 5 minutes later the police arrived on Easter pond where I picked her up with the bike and piloted in the forest to rescue point above. - A short time later, a troop of the First Gernroder firefighters. - Shortly after arrived the paramedics and the emergency room doctor. Unbelievable what now went off for an activity. My friend was not responsive. The Notärtzin did everything to get the situation under control. - After an hour of hard work of removal began to walk down to the ambulance on a stretcher. The fire department Gernrode made exemplary work. My respect. Opinion: The operation was a complete success. My friend was taken to the hospital Quedlinburg and survived the adventure thanks to the super coordinated use of police Quedlinburg, emergency room, Notartzt and last but not least the fire Gernrode.
