Startpunkt ist der Parkplatz beim Infohaus an der Ruselstraße in Deggendorf. Es geht die Ruselberstrecke hoch, und nach ca. 2 km gleich nach dem Ruselkraftwerk links abbiegen nach Schwemmberg. Nach ca. 500 m rechts steil nach oben dem Böhmweg folgend nach Tattenberg, Greising bis zum Wanderparkplatz Oberfrohnreuth. Hier biegen wir links ab und nach 100 meter rechts hinauf. Vorbei an der Alpenvereinshütte bis zur Hölzernen Hand. Jetzt nehmen wir den "Sommerweg" Richtung Landshuter Haus, der meist ziemlich schlammig aber dafür ein toller Singel-Trail mit geringer Steigung ist. Über Hölzerne Stege geht es über das Hochmoor weiter zum Landshuter Haus. Hier ist kann man Einkehren bei gutem Essen das ganze Jahr über. Weiter geht es zum Gaiskopf mit seinem Aussichtsturm und dem Bikepark. Wir folgen der Tour zum Einödriegel, dem höchste Gipfel im Landkreis Deggendorf. Weiter geht es die Liftschneise runter und links dem Forstweg entlang. Nach einem Rundkurs geht es weiter Richtung Hubertus-Brunnen und dann hinab nach Rohrmünz. Weiter nach Rohrmünzmühle, dann gleich rechts hinab vorbei am Rohrmünzer Weier und nun die Sauloch-Schlucht hinab nach Schwemmberg und zurück zu unserem Ausgangspunkt. Diese Tour kann ebenso in die andere Richtung gefahren werden!

Starting point is the car park at the tourist house on the Ruselstraße in Deggendorf. It goes up the Ruselberstrecke, and after about 2 km turn left just after the Ruselkraftwerk after Schwemmberg. After about 500 m turn right straight up the Böhmweg following after Tattenberg, Greising to the trail parking lot Upper Frohnreuth. Here we turn left up and after 100 meters on the right. Past the Alpine Club hut to Wooden hand. Now we take the & quot; Sommerweg & quot; Direction Landshut house, but this is usually quite muddy a great Singel-Trail with a low pitch. About Wooden bridges it goes over the moors on to Landshut house. Here you can stop by with good food all year round. Continue to Gaiskopf with its observation tower and the bike park. We follow the tour to Einödriegel, the highest peak in the district of Deggendorf. Continue down the corridor and lift the left along the forest path. After a circuit we head Hubertus Fountain and then down to Rohrmünz. Continue to Rohrmünzmühle, then right down past the tube coin Weier and now the Sauloch Gorge down to Schwemmberg and back to our starting point. This tour can be also in the other direction!
