MTB -Tour zum Golfplatz Hassberge, runter nach Steinbach, über den Main an der Staustufe Limbach, Richtung Sand, hinter dem Kreuzberg und der Wallfahrtskirche Maria Limbach vorbei über die Autobahn hoch zum Ebersberg. Am Spielplatz Marswald vorbei auf der Kammerstraße zur Steigerwaldhöhenstraße zum Zabelstein. Nach Zeil zurück durch den Böhlgrund und Sand nach Zeil. Vorwiegend geschotterte Waldwege, Flurbereinigungswege und kaum befahrene Landstraßen. Teilweise regionale und überregionale Radwege mit Beschilderung
