Diese wildromantische Almen- und Bächetour führt durch unberührtes Voralpengebiet, und sollte als Tagestour geplant werden. Vom Ort Reichraming im Hintergebirge führt der Weg den Reichramingbach und dann den Großen Bach entlang bis kurz vor die Große Klause, wo man rechts abzweigt. Durch urige Wälder zieht sich nun die Forststraße Richtung Ebenforst hinauf. Am Almenlehrpfad vorbei, kann man bei der Quelle direkt den Weg über den Wiesenhang, oder über die Almhütte auf den Wanderweg Richtung Schirmkogel nehmen. Nach einer kurzen Abfahrt kreuzt man eine Forststraße geradewegs und stürzt sich in die schmale Einfahrt des Bodinggraben. Über das „Waschbrett“ rumpelnd geht es in Spitzkehren durch den Wald runter zur verdienten Rast beim Wirtshaus. Der Krummen Steyrling entlang, erreicht man die Weingartsalm und kurz danach den höchsten Punkt der Tour (1.204m). Mit einem traumhaften Alpenpanorama kreuzt man den Hang runter in die Sitzenbachklause. Ein letzter kleiner Anstieg bis zur Spitzkehre und die Anstrengung ist vorbei. Für die Durchquerung der nun folgenden Tunneldurchfahrten ist bei fehlender Solarbeleuchtung eine zusätzliche Taschenlampe ratsam. Bald hat man die Große Klause erreicht, und die Runde ist geschlossen.

This romantic Almen and brooks tour through pristine foothills of the Alps, and should be planned as a day trip. From the place Reichraming in the back mountains, the trail leads to Reichramingbach and then the Großenbach along until shortly before the Great Hermitage, where you off to the right. Through quaint forests now the forest road towards Eben forest go up. On pastures trail pass, you can take directly the way across the grassy slope, or the hut on the trail towards Kogel shield at the source. After a short descent you cross a forest road straight and plunges into the narrow entrance of the Bodinggraben. About the "washboard" rumbled it comes in switchbacks through the forest down to a well deserved rest at the inn. Along the Krumme Steyr Ling, one reaches the Weingartsalm and shortly thereafter the highest point of the tour (1.204m). With a beautiful Alpine panorama you cross the slope down into the seat Klause. One last climb to the hairpin and the effort is over. For the crossing of the now following through tunnels, an additional flashlight is advisable in the absence of solar illumination. Soon you reach the Great Hermitage, and the round is closed.
