Am 29.04.07 sind wir bei herrlichem Wetter diese super CTF rund um Essen gefahren. Start und Ziel ist das Freibad Essen Steele. Zunächst geht es etwas an der Ruhr entlang, danach hoch nach Niederwenigern, über schöne Trails ins Hespertal. Hoch und Runter, über und durch Bäche hoch nach Werden. Runter Richtung Oefte wieder rauf nach Isenbügel. Über die "Klinikstufen" nach Kettwig. Hoch zur Meisenburg, über die Sternwarte ins Wolfsbachtal und wieder hoch in Richtung "Zur Platte". Weiter runter und wieder rauf, kurz an der Frankenstr. lang, dann runter zur Kluse. Weiter durch den Schellenberger Wald in Richtung "Zornige Ameise". Dann rechts (den Bratwurstgeruch schon in der Nase) nocheinmal einen kleinen Höhenschmankerl zum richtig Appetit holen, zum Ausgangspunkt. Da es sich um eine Runde handelt kann man beliebig einsteigen. Z.B. in Kettwig.

On 29/04/07 we traveled with wonderful weather this super CTF around food. Start and finish the pool Essen Steele. First, it goes something along the Ruhr, then go up to Niederwenigern, on beautiful trails to Hespertal. Up and down, over and through streams high to Will. Down direction Oefte up again after Isenbügel. About the "clinic steps" to Kettwig. High to Meisenburg, over the observatory into Wolfsbachtal and back up towards "to plate". Continue down and up again, briefly at the Frankenstr. long, then down to Kluse. Continue through the forest towards Schellenberger "Angry Ant". Then get right (the sausage smell already in the nose) once a small amount to treat your appetite, the starting point. Since it is a round you can enter any size. For example, in Kettwig.
