Vom Bahnhof Frankenstein gehts ca. 2km durch Frankenstein richtung Neustadt die Hauptstraße entlang zur Einmündung Leinbachtal. Von hier aus geht es ca. 10km durchs Leinbachtal. Der Weg ist zum größten Teil geteert. Das Leinbachtal wird zur Zeit aufgeforstet, dadurch hat man herrliche Blicke auf Wiesen und den Bachlauf. Nach ca. 5km kommt man an eine Einmündung mit einem großen runden Steintisch und dem Philippsbrunnen. Hier kann man sehr gut rasten. Im Sommer kann man hier direkt in die Leinbach um sich abzukühlen. Ab hier ist der Weg bis Waldleiningen nciht geteert. In Waldleiningen gehts rechts einen Teerweg ca 4km hoch Richtung Schwarzsohl. Dieser Weg beginnt bei 283m Höhe und geht hinauf auf 470m. Das Gasthaus "Schwarzsohl" der Pfälzer Wald Vereins bietet Essen und Trinken zu vernünftigen Preisen. Zurück ins Tal führen von hieraus viele Möglichkeiten. Man Kann die Straße, die ausgeschilderte MTP Strecke oder die normalen Waldwege nutzen. Ich bin einen kleinen Teil der MTP Singletrail Strecke gefahren und dann über die normalen Waldwege zurück ins Leinbachtal an den Biedenbacherwoog gefahren. Weiter dann wieder zurück über Hauptstraße zum Bahnhof in Frankenstein.

From Frankenstein station go about 2km by Frankenstein direction Neustadt along the main road to the junction Leinbachtal. From here it is about 10km through Leinbachtal. The road is paved for the most part. The Leinbachtal is planted at the time whereby you have beautiful views of meadows and the stream. After about 5km you reach a junction with a large round stone table and Philipp well. Here you can very well rest. In summer you can go directly to the Leinbach to cool off. From here the trail is paved to Waldleiningen nciht. In Waldleiningen right go one Teerweg approx 4km high Schwarzsohl direction. This trail starts at 283m altitude and goes up to 470m. The Inn & quot; Schwarzsohl & quot; the Palatinate Forest Club offers food and drink at reasonable prices. Back to the valley from here many possibilities. You Can use the road signposted MTP route or the normal forest trails. I am a small part of the MTP single trail route down and then went through the normal forest trails back to Leinbachtal the Biedenbacherwoog. Next then back on the main road to the railway station in Frankenstein.
