Von Zellerfeld durch das Innerstetal zur Kaysereiche. Von dort hinunter nach Badenhausen. Immer der Söse folgend bis hinter Dorste. Abbiegen nach Katlenburg. Rhumeaufwärts bis Bilshausen. Über den Rothenberg hinweg an die Oder und nach Hattorf. Nach Hörden und hinauf nach Düna. Von dort nach Osterode. Durch Lerbach bis zum Ortsende. Am Campingplatz vorbei nach Buntenbock und zurück nach Zellerfeld. Gefälle auf dem Abschnitt Kaysereiche - Badenhausen, Steigung von Lerbach nach Buntenbock, ansonsten viel Flachstrecke an den Flüssen entlang.
