Die Tour hat viele schöne Aussichtspunkte und führt deswegen auch über den einen oder anderen Hügel. Gerade diese Zwischenhügel brauchen das eine oder andere Korn. Bei der Nordhelle hoch ist dies klar und deswegen auch weniger ( mental ) anstrengend. Biker mit einer normalen guten Kondition sollte dies aber locker machen. Einzig ziemlich gegen Ende zum Steinbruch hoch ist es mördersteil und einmal raus aus den Pedalen heißt es schieben .. Am Ende habe ich mir in Olpe ein Eis gegönnt.

The tour has many beautiful scenic spots and thus leads also to one or the other hill. It is this intermediate hill need one or the other grain. When Nordhelle this is clearly high and therefore also less (mentally) exhausting. Biker with a normal good condition should make this easy though. Only fairly towards the end to the quarry high it is killer part and once out of the pedals it says slide .. At the end I gave myself an ice cream in Olpe.
