Entspannte Mountainbike-Tour, familiengeeignet, vom Cap de l'Homy über Contis Plage, den dortigen Leuchtturm nach St. Julien-en-Born, Lit-et-Mixe und zurück ans Meer. Der Weg führt bis St. Julien-en-Born über eine Radpiste (piste cyclable), streckenweise asphaltiert, oft ausgesetzt, nahezu überall mit dem Tourenrad befahrbar. Ab St.-Julien geht es auf Nebenstrassen zurück.

Relaxed mountain bike tour, suitable for families, from the Cap de l'Homy about Contis Plage, the local lighthouse to St Julien-en-Born, Lit-et-Mixe and back to the sea. The path leads to St. Julien-en-Born on a cycle lane (piste cyclable), in parts paved, often exposed, virtually anywhere with the touring passable. From St.-Julien, it goes back on secondary roads.
