Von Mainz aus durch Schierstein Richtung Frauenthal dort in den Wald zur Hohen Wurzel rauf, dann Richtung Georgenborn runter, weiter ins Tal Richtung Schlangenbad, dort auf den nächsten Hügel steil hinauf und dann über einen schönen Trail nach Schlangenbad runter. Von dort aus geht es wieder hoch nach Georgenborn. Dort geht es neben dem Friedhof wieder in den Wald und über einen Trail nach Frauenthal, von dort aus durch die Weinberge zurück nach Schierstein und weiter nach Mainz.

From Mainz by Schier stone towards Frauenthal up there in the woods to High root, then direction Georgenborn down further into the valley towards Schlangenbad, there on the next hill steeply and then a nice trail to Schlangenbad down. From there it goes back up to George Born. There it goes next to the cemetery back in the woods on a trail for female Thal, from there through the vineyards back to Schier stone and on to Mainz.
