Vom Prüfeninger Schloss aus über die kleine Eisenbahnbrücke Richtung Sinzing/Riegling in den ersten Waldabschnitt fahren der am anfang schon gleich recht steil hoch geht. Dan Richtung Waldhäuschen auf der Schotterstrasse entlang. Vom Waldhäuschen Richtung Pfarrerstieg ist nach ca. 100m auf der rechten seite eine Wahnsinns Free Ride strecke die nach Maria Ort führt. Wir fahren aber weiter und fahren den Pfarrstieg Trail runter wieder bis zur Schotterstrasse. Weiter der Schotterstrasse Richtung Nittendorf wo der nächst Schotter Trail auf uns wartet und nicht ganz ohne ist wen es einen Tag zuvor geregnet hat, ( Wasserrinnen!! ) Links bei der Bahnunterführung vorbei in den den leichten anstieg hoch wo man dan auch wieder auf normaler Strasse bisschen unterwegs ist über die Autobahnbrücke Richtung Eilsbrunn. Dan in den Wald Trail hinein auf den Aufstieg zum Aussichtspunkt wo man bis Eichhofen alles wunderbar im überblick hat. (Vorsicht es geht da oben sehr Steil die Klippen runter !!) Auf dem Wanderweg weiter geht es dan auch wieder sehr steil den Wanderweg extrem runter wo man aufpassen muss das man mit dem Pedal auf den Steinen nich steckenbleibt. Unten angekommen geht es Richtung Fussballplatz Schönhofen. Von dort aus gehts dan an der Schwarzen Laaber nach Alling entlang und hoch auf dem Berg Richtung (Zylenkapelle? ) schreibt man die Kapelle so ? Von dort aus geht dan wieder einen schönen Trail im Wald entlang bis zum Bergabstieg, das letzte stück vom Berg ist wieder ein Schotter Trail der recht anspruchsvoll ist wegen den ausgewaschenen Regenrillen im Boden. Vorsicht am ende kommt man wieder auf den normalen weg wo viele Radfahrer oder Fussgänger unterwegs sind. Dan Richtung Golfplatz-Eisenbahnbrücke und zum Prüfeningerschlossgarten

From Prüfening castle on the small railway bridge towards Sinzing / Riegling in the first forest section of the drive at the beginning already same goes quite steeply. Dan direction Waldhäuschen on the gravel road along. From Waldhäuschen direction pastor Rose is after 100m on the right side a madness Free Ride route leading to Maria place. We drive on and drive the parish Stieg Trail back down to the gravel road. Next the gravel road towards Nittendorf where the next gravel trail waiting for us and not without is wen it rained the day before, (gullies !!) links at the railway underpass, past the the slight increase high where you dan again on normal road bit is traveling on the motorway bridge towards Eilsbrunn. Dan on the climb to the lookout point where you Eichhofen to everything wonderful in the overview in the Forest Trail inside. (Caution it's up there very steep cliffs down !!) On the trail on it goes dan again very steep the trail extremely down where you have to watch that one stuck nich with the pedal on the stones. Once at the bottom we head football field Schönhofen. From there you go on the dan black Laaber to Alling and along high on the mountain direction (Zylenkapelle?) Writes to the chapel so? From there dan goes back a beautiful trail in the woods along to the mountain descent, the last piece of the mountain is again a gravel trail is quite challenging because of the washed rain grooves in the floor. Caution at the end to get back to the normal way where many cyclists or pedestrians on the road. Dan direction Golf Course Railway Bridge and checking Ingersoll Castle Garden & nbsp;
