In Deutschnofen gehts weg vom Hotel Erica (übrigens Superadresse für Biker) entlang eines Panormaweges ins Tal. Nach anfänglicher Asphaltabfahrt auf kleiner nicht befahrener Nebenstrasse bis zu einer Lichtung mit Kirchlein gehts dann weiter auf Schotter und Waldweg bis zur Eggentalbundesstrasse. Diese queren wir und rauf gehts mit entspannter Steigung und purem Fahrtgenuss bei Superpanorama Richtung Osten nach Steinegg. Im Wald fordernde Single-Trails, tlw. sehr eng und nur für Mutige fahrbar. Vor Steinegg dann Richtungswechsel nach Westen und talwärts gehts auf altem Forstweg bis knapp vor Bozen. Wir sind immer im Wald , weit über dem Tal und der Autobahn und der Eissack. Knapp vor Bozen gehts dann auf den Radweg bis in die Innenstadt. In der FUZO Mittagsrast in der Ritterbar bei saftigen Maccaroni und Canneloni. Dieses Lokal unter einer schattigen Glycinienpergola können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Mit vollem Bauch überwinden wir die ersten 800 HM mit der Bahn und fahren dann ab Bauerhnköhlern am E5 leicht steigend entlang der Rotwand bis zum Toten Moos, dann entlang eines Mythenweges auf herrlichen Wald und Almboden zurück nach Deutschnofen. Super Panorama - alles fahrbar und nirgends auf verkehrsreichen Strassen, auch nicht im Tal! Insgsamt nur ca. etwas mehr als 1000 HM zu fahren, der Rest wird mit der Seibahn zurückgelegt (fährt halbstündlich oder für größere Gruppen auch nach Bedarf zwischendurch).

In German furnace go away from the hotel Erica (incidentally Super Address for bikers) along a Panormaweges valley. After initial asphalt downhill on small non-traffic side street to a clearing with a little church then you continue on gravel and forest paths to Eggentalbundesstrasse. This we traverse up and go with relaxed pitch and pure driving pleasure with Super Panorama east towards Steinegg. In the forest demanding single trails, tlw. Closely and mobile only for the brave. Before Steinegg then change direction to the west and downhill go on old forest road until just before Bolzano. We are always in the woods, far above the valley and the highway and the Eissack. Just before Bolzano, we go on the bike path to downtown. In the FUZO lunch break in the Ritterbar with juicy macaroni and cannelloni. This place under a shady Glycinienpergola we can only recommend. With full bellies we overcome the first 800 HM by train and then go from Bauerhnköhlern on E5 slightly increasing along the Croda Rossa to the dead moss, then along a path on myths beautiful forest and pastureland back to German oven. Super Panorama - everything mobile and nowhere on busy streets, even in the valley! Insgsamt just something to drive more than 1000 HM, the rest is covered with the Seibahn (runs every half hour or in between for larger groups as needed).
