22.6.2010 Najprv na Spitzerberg, po jeho hrebeni sem-tam a pod Lafko na stretko s Bike teamom. S nimi som šiel na kobylu, kde sme jazdili šprinty. Potom sme si dali ešte single nad Velkou lúkou, po ceste do Karlovky a ešte som si dal kopcek na Pasienok a oblúbený zjazdík na Veternicovú. No a zobral som to nakoniec znovu dolu do Karlovky, Karloveskou a po Zabijáku, nech mi to hodí nad 65km. :-) Pekný den, aspon co sa biku týka...

22.6.2010 First to Spitzerberg, after the ridge here and there and so on Lafko stretko a bike team. With them I went to the mare, where we rode sprints. Then we had more than single big meadow, on the way to Karlovka and yet I put a scoop on Pasture and popular zjazdík the Veternicová. So I took it back down to the end Karlovka, Karloveske and the killer, let me fits over 65km. :-) Nice day, at least as regards biking ...
