Trail Description


Vom Campingplatz "Douce Quietude" nach Agay, an der Küste entlang bis Miramar, Abzweig in die Berge ( Fahrt wie bei Tour "Esterel der Länge nach"). Am Col de la Cadiere links zum Col Notre Dame, hoch zum Gipfel und zurück, dann auf Teerstraße ab bis zum Col des Lentisques, gleich rechts auf Karrenweg bergab zum Lac de l' Ecureuil und wieder heimwärts (oder wie wir zum Baden in die Bucht von Agay)

From the campsite & quot; Douce Quietude & quot; to Agay, along the coast to Miramar, branch in the mountains (ride of Tour & quot; Esterel lengthwise & quot;). At the Col de la Cadiere left to Col Notre Dame, up to the summit and back, then on tar road from up to Col des Lentisques, right onto cart path downhill to the Lac de l'Ecureuil and home again (or as we swim in the bay Agay)
