Von der Bonner Südbrücke nach Rhöndorf am Rhein entlang, hoch das Rhöndorfer Tal vorbei am Waldfriedhof (langgezogenes steiles Stück), vorbei am Löwenburger Hof, hoch zur Löwenburg (steil, 495 m), runter Richtung Milchhäuschen und wieder hoch zum Drachenfels. Dann einen steilen Trail mit Spitzkehren runter nach Rhöndorf (das ist beim Abfahren das anspruchsvollste Stück), weiter runter zum Rhein und zurück zur Bonner Südbrücke. Sehr schöne Feierabendtour der Stahlwaden!!!

From the Bonn south bridge after Rhöndorf along the Rhine, up the Rhöndorfer valley passing the forest cemetery (elongated steep incline), past the lions Hof, up to the Lion's Castle (steep, 495 m), down direction Milchhäuschen and back up to the Drachenfels. Then a steep trail with hairpin bends down to Rhöndorf (which is when shutting down the most sophisticated pieces), on down to the Rhine and back to Bonn south bridge. Very nice after-work tour the steel calves !!!
