Die Tour beinhaltet sehr viel: Natur pur (Ende April eine prachtvolle Kirschblüte), immer auf historischen Wegen und im Zentrum von Berlin das volle touristische Programm. Als fahrbaren Untersatz würde ich schon ein Mountainbike empfehlen und ich war stellenweise sogar froh auf einem Fully zu sitzen, da sehr oft die asphaltierten Wege erhebliche Aufwerfungen aufweisen und lange Streckenabschnitte über Kopfsteinpflaster führen. Auch gibt es stellenweise recht sandige Passagen, bei denen breite Reifen ihre Vorteile ausspielen. Entlang der Strecke gibt es reichlich Supermärkte, so dass der Getränkenachschub immer gesichert war. Als Startpunkt wurde ein Parkplatz in Klein Machnow gewählt. Dieser ist ideal, wenn man aus südlicher Richtung anreist. Allerdings gilt zu beachten, dass Mi., Fr. und Sa. dieser auf eine Stunde Parkdauer begrenz ist. Grund dafür ist ein an diesen Tagen stattfindender Wochenmarkt. Alle Vorbereitungen getroffen? Dann kann eine spannende Tour beginnen und wenn man es geschafft hat, gibt es ein Glücksgefühl gratis dazu. Mir hat es riesigen Spass gemacht und ich würde die Tour immer wieder fahren. This is ideal if you arrive from the south. However be noted that Wed, Fri and Sat this to one hour parking time is area limit.
