Ausgehend vom Wehneberg in HEF über den Forststraßen zum Spießberg - schöne Abfahrt runter ins Fuldatal. Anschließend geht's kurz entlag der Hauptstraße in Friedlos - dort Querung der Fulda und hoch zum Spießberg. Parallel zur Straße über einen weichen Waldweg bis zum erneuten straßenquerung - weiter über Forstwege bis zum Fliegerdenkmal. Dannach über Forstwege wieder runter ins Fuldatal und Querung der Fulda bei Mecklar. Anschließend auf Forstwegen in Richtung "Hohe Buche". Von dort eine lange, schöne Abfahrt nach Gerterode. Weiter gehts in westl. Richtung über ein kleines Aspahltsträßchen, was aber kurz vorm Wald zum Forstweg wird. Vorbei an einer Hütte wird er Waldweg nun etwas schwieriger zufahren (evntuell kurze Schiebepassage). Im Wald immer wieder kurze, steile Anstiege. Über Biedebach und dem schönen Haugsgrund zur Haukuppe und von hier fast nur bergab zurück zum Wehneberg.
