Wir starten in Torbole und fahren auf dem Radweg nach Riva, am Strand entlang fahren wir weiter zum Hafen. Von hier geht es weiter Richtung Limone. Beim Tunnel fahren wir rechts die Rampe hoch wo wir auf die alte Ponale Straße treffen. Diese fahren wir hoch, mit tollen Blick auf den See, bis wir zur neuen Straße kommen. Dieser folgen wir ca. 400 m bis zur Abzweigung nach Pregasina. Hier biegen wir links ab, in der ersten Linkskurve zweigt rechts der neue Ponale Radweg ab, den folgen wir. In Pre rechts in den Ort fahren und am Ortsende gerade weiter bis Molina di Ledro (neu gebaut). Wir fahren weiter zum See an den Pfahlbauten vorbei. Bei der ersten Abzweigung biegen wir links ab und folgen den Weg, bei einer Höhe von 780m bei einem Gebäude biegen wir rechts ab und fahren weiter bis zur Bocca dei Fortini. Hier biegen wir rechts ab und fahren über den Passo Nota bis zur Hütte rechts über dem Weg. Hier kehren wir ein (nur im Sommer geöffnet). Von der Hütte geht es wieder zurück zum Passo Nota und zur Bocca dei Fortini, wo wir uns rechts halten und kurz danach auf die Baita B. Segala treffen, einer Selbstversorger Hütte in der es gegen eine angemessene Spende Getränke (Wasser, Bier und Wein) im inneren gibt. Die Hütte ist immer offen. Wir folgen dem Weg zum Passo Guil mit herrlichen Ausblicken und weiter zum Passo Rochetta. Ab Passo Guil wird der Weg zum Pfad der oft so zugewachsen ist dass man ihn kaum sieht. Am Passo Rochetta folgen wir den linken Weg Nr. 422 einen schönen Trail am Ende an einem Forstweg biegen wir rechts ab zur Malga Palear und weiter zur Punta dei Larici. Auf einem großen Platz fahren wir geradeaus an der Malga Larici vorbei und erreichen einen Aussichtsplatz, die Punta Larici, der zu den besten und spektakulärsten am nördlichen Gardasee zählt. Von hier wieder zurück zum Hauptweg und diesen bergab folgen. Bei der ersten Rechtskurve zweigt rechts ein alter Karrenweg ab dieser schneidet den Schotterweg mehrfach. Kurz vor Pregasina müssen wir noch auf eine Schranke achten die meist geschlossen ist. In Pregasina können wir nochmal einkehren. Von Pregasina aus fahren wir die Straße runter bis zum Tunnel hier biegen wir rechts ab auf die alte Straße und folgen dieser und später der Ponale Straße nach Riva von wo wir den Anfahrtsweg zurück nach Torbole fahren.

We start in Torbole and ride on the bike path & nbsp; Riva, along the beach we continue & nbsp; to the port. From here we continue towards Limone. In the tunnel we drive right up the ramp where we meet the old Ponale road. This we drive up, with great views of the lake until we come to the new road. We follow about 400 m to the junction for Pregasina. Here we turn left at the first left turn, turn right, the new Ponale bike path from which we follow. Driving in Pre right into the village and at the local end just continue to Molina di Ledro (newly built). We continue to the lake past the stilt houses. At the first junction turn left and follow the path, at an altitude of 780m in a building turn right and continue & nbsp; Bocca dei Fortini to. Here we turn right and drive over the Passo Nota to the hut right on the way. Here we stop (open only in summer). From the hut it goes back to the Passo Nota Bocca dei Fortini and where we keep right and shortly thereafter hit the Baita B. Segala, a self-catering lodge in it for a reasonable donation drinks (water, beer and wine) are in the interior. The cottage is always open. We follow the road to Passo Guil with great views and continue to Passo Rocchetta. From Passo Guil the way to the path which is often so overgrown is that you can barely see him. At Passo Rocchetta we follow the & nbsp; left path no. 422 a nice trail at the end of a forest road we turn right to Malga Palear and on to Punta dei Larici. On a large place we go straight past the Malga Larici and reach a vantage point, the Punta Larici, one of the best and most spectacular in the northern Lake Garda. From here back to the main path and follow this downhill. At the first right turn right branches on old cart from this cuts the dirt road several times. Shortly before Pregasina we still need to pay attention to a barrier which is usually closed. In Pregasina we can come again. From Pregasina we drive down the road to the tunnel here we turn right onto the old road and follow this and later the Ponale road to Riva where we go about how to get back to Torbole.
