Startpunkt ist in Soest der alte Schlachthof. Von dort geht es über Seiten- und Feldwege hinauf zum Haarstrang und dann wieder runter zum Möhnesee. Nach einem kurzen flachen Teil entlang dem See geht es über einen Trail hinauf in den Wald, am Torhaus vorbei und weiter hinauf zum "alten Rennweg". Da der Rennweg nur begrenzt nutzbar ist, muss man immer wieder auf Seitenpfade ausweichen, was den eigentlich breiten Weg immer wieder zum schmalen Trail werden lässt und so den Spaßfaktor mächtig erhöht. Vom Rennweg geht es dann über eine relativ steilen Trail wieder runter ins Tal. Nach einer kleinen Erholungsphase fährt man über einen schönen Anstieg wieder hinauf um die nächste Trailabfahrt zu erreichen. Über einen weiteren kurzen Anstieg zum Pexberg geht es dann zurück zum Möhnesee, dann über Wameln und dem "Pengel Anton" hinauf zum Haarstrang. Oben angekommen geht es dann durch das "Brandholz" über naturbelassenen Boden ;-) wieder runter Richtung Soest

Starting point is the old slaughterhouse in Soest. From there it goes through side and dirt roads up to the hair strand and then back down to Soest. After a short flat section along the lake there is a trail up into the woods, past the gatehouse and up to the "old Rennweg". Since the Rennweg is of only limited use, you have to dodge again and again on page paths, what the really wide path can be constantly to the narrow trail, and so increases the fun factor powerful. From Rennweg it then goes through a relatively steep trail back down to the valley. After a short recovery period you drive a nice rise up again to reach the next trail descent. Over a short uphill to Pexberg it goes back to Soest, then Wameln and the "Pengel Anton" up to the hair strand. Once at the top, it then goes through the "fire wood" over natural soil;-) back down direction Soest
